1. Service Agreement
When you place an order or use our digitizing services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Your Designs & Approval
You must provide clear artwork. Crucially, review your digitized file for all details before approval. Once approved, Digitizing Studio isn‘t responsible for errors you overlooked.
Client Approval is Crucial: It is MANDATORY that you meticulously review the digitized file for all specific details. This includes spellings, phone numbers, dates, addresses, color accuracy, dimensions, and overall design integrity. Your careful check prevents future issues.
3. Refunds policy
Please review our Refund Policy to understand our guidelines regarding refund eligibility and processing.
4. Payments & Prices
Our service pricing is available on the website. Full payment is required when you place your order, via our secure online methods. Prices may change without prior notice.
5. Free edits
We offer free minor edits and adjustments to your digitized file for 30 days following delivery to ensure optimal performance on your machine. Major edits or adjustments requested beyond this 30-day period may incur additional charges.
6. Turnaround & Delivery
Quality & Turnaround: We commit to providing high-quality digitized files with a standard 24-hour turnaround time for most orders. While we aim for prompt delivery, unforeseen technical issues or complex designs might occasionally extend this.
7. File Ownership & Copyright
Upon successful completion and full payment, you gain full ownership and usage rights of the downloaded digitized files and vector files.
Digitizing Studio's Non-Usage Policy: Digitizing Studio will never sell, share, or use your copyrighted or proprietary digitized designs (e.g., your specific company logo or unique artwork) for our own purposes or for other clients without your explicit written permission. We highly respect your intellectual property.
Client Responsibility for Artwork: You affirm that you possess the necessary rights or permissions for all artwork, logos, and designs submitted to Digitizing Studio for digitizing. Digitizing Studio is not responsible for any copyright infringement claims arising from client-provided artwork.
8. Account Use
Digitizing Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate client accounts for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Misbehavior, harassment, or abusive conduct towards our staff or other customers.
- Posting false or defamatory statements intended to harm our reputation or dissuade potential clients.
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Our Liability
Digitizing Studio isn't liable for indirect losses (like lost profits or data) from using or being unable to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the cost of your specific project. While we prioritize data security, remember that no online system is 100% secure; please keep your login details safe.
10. File Submission Warranty by Client
Client warrants all design files submitted for digitizing are free of viruses or harmful code. We reserve the right to quarantine or delete infected files and may delay or decline services for repeated submissions. Client agrees to indemnify us for any damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) caused by infected files. We reserve the right to pursue legal action or report claims under applicable U.S. law for damages resulting from such submissions.
11. Governing Law
When you use our services, these Terms and Conditions are guided by the laws of the United States of America. All legal disputes will be handled only by courts in the United States of America.
12. Policy Changes
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services means you accept the new terms.
